A Letter to the GCA Community from Dean Fleming-Kendall

Dear Global Connection Academy Community,

I am honored and excited to introduce myself as the new Dean of Global Connection Academy. It is with great enthusiasm that I join this vibrant and disruptive educational community committed to excellence in education and fostering a love for problem solving.

I come to Global Connection Academy with a deep passion for innovative and student-centered education. Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to creating inclusive and supportive learning environments where every student has the opportunity to thrive and reach their full potential. I am committed to building a strong foundation; working collaboratively with students, parents, faculty, and staff to continue to elevate our school to new heights.

Global Connection Academy's emphasis on experiential learning aligns perfectly with my educational philosophy. I believe that hands-on, real-world experiences are essential for cultivating critical thinking skills, creativity, and a lifelong love for learning. I am eager to work alongside our dedicated faculty to further enhance our curriculum and provide students with engaging and enriching educational experiences.

As we embark on this journey together, I am committed to fostering a culture of collaboration, respect, and inclusivity within our school community. I believe that by working together, we can create a supportive and nurturing environment where every student feels valued and empowered to succeed.

I am deeply grateful for the warm welcome I have received thus far and am eager to get to know each and every member of the Global Connection Academy community. Together, we will embark on a journey of exploration, discovery, and growth as we strive to inspire and empower the next generation of leaders, thinkers, and innovators.
