“The purpose of human life is to serve, and to show compassion and the will to help others.”
-Albert Schweitzer
Each week, our students learn about a different virtue. They then do artwork, games, reading and other activities to explore and apply that virtue. The week of service, our students explored our campus to find items to build a food pantry for the Thompson community. The students then measured and developed their plans on how they would design the food pantry. With the help of our volunteer and staff, our students assembled the pantry shelves and doors and then sanded and weather stained it. We had a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate the hard-work of our students.
